Description
A clean, uplifting drink that gently fires up your metabolism, helps your digestion stay on track, and supports healthy weight goals along the way.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Juice from ½ fresh lemon
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or turmeric (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water. It should be drinkable, not boiling. You want the warmth to help absorption, not burn your mouth.
Add fresh lemon juice. Squeeze half a lemon right into the glass. Fresh juice is key to getting the full benefit.
Grate the ginger. Use a microplane or knife. The ginger brings heat, improves digestion, and gives this drink its punch.
Pour in the apple cider vinegar. Look for one with the “mother” intact. That’s where the good bacteria and enzymes are.
Add honey if needed. Some folks like it sharp. Others prefer a little sweetness. Either way, it’s your call.
Stir and wait. Mix well, let it sit for a minute or two, then sip slowly. Best to drink the recipe for Japanese Mounjaro in the morning before eating.
Notes
If you want to switch things up, add a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon for extra goodness. Pour it over ice for a crisp, cool twist that’s perfect on warm days.
