12 Ounces Ready to Drink Protein Shake
3 Ounces Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Instant Pudding – Or 10g Unflavored Collagen Powder, 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Guar/Xanthan Gum
Creami Greek Yogurt Protein Ice Cream:
1 ¼ Cups Greek Yogurt
2 Ounces Milk – or Milk Substitute (Think Almond/Coconut)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder
Sweetener – *Optional (Honey, Stevia, Brown Rice/Maple Syrup)
2 Tablespoons Instant Pudding – Or 10g Unflavored Collagen Powder, 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Guar/Xanthan Gum (This ingredient is *optional to make it creamier)
Creami Protein Ice Cream:

2 Tablespoons Instant Pudding – Or 10g Unflavored Collagen Powder, 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Guar/Xanthan Gum (This ingredient is *optional to make it creamier)
Ninja Creami Ingredients For Mixing:
1–2 Ounces Milk – or Milk Substitute (Think Almond/Coconut)
Cookies – For an optional “Mix-In”. You could also use Nuts, Graham Crackers, Chocolate Chips, Fruit, a Protein Bar, and so on. Think outside the box!
Instructions
Ninja Creami Fairlife Ice Cream:
Pour all your ingredients into the Ninja Creami container and give them a good stir.
Let the mixture sit uncovered for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Once it settles, seal the lid and place it in the freezer until it’s fully solid, preferably overnight.
Creami Greek Yogurt Protein Ice Cream:
Combine all your ingredients directly in the Creami container and stir until well blended.
Leave the container uncovered for about 5 to 10 minutes to let it settle.
Then seal it with the lid and freeze until fully solid, ideally overnight.
Creami Protein Ice Cream:
Pour your ingredients into the Creami pint and give them a thorough mix.
Allow the mixture to sit uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes so it can settle properly.
Creami Cottage Cheese Protein Ice Cream:
If you’re okay with a bit of texture from the cottage cheese, you can simply stir everything together right in your Creami container.
For a smoother result, blend all the ingredients first before pouring them in.
Let the mixture sit uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes to settle.
Then seal the container and freeze it until solid, ideally overnight.
Ninja Creami Instructions:
Take your Creami container out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for about 10 minutes. You can also run warm water along the sides to loosen it up a bit.
Place the container into your Creami machine and press the Lite Ice Cream button.
Add one to two ounces of milk or a milk substitute, then press Re-Spin to get that smooth, creamy texture.
If you’d like to mix in extras like fruit, nuts, or chocolate, go ahead and add them now, then press the Mix-In button to finish it off.
Notes
Sometimes, a second or even third re-spin helps get that perfect texture.
I usually skip extras like instant pudding, and honestly, it still turns out rich and delicious every time.
