Description

The Japanese pink salt diet recipe is a simple 4-ingredient morning tonic that supports digestion, hydration, and natural weight loss. It’s an easy wellness habit that helps you start the day feeling refreshed and in control.


Ingredients

1 cup warm filtered water

1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)


Instructions

  1. Warm the water
    Heat 1 cup of filtered water until it’s comfortably warm but not hot. You should be able to sip it easily.
  2. Add pink salt
    Stir in 1/8 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. Mix until it completely dissolves.
  3. Mix in lemon juice
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to blend.
  5. Add apple cider vinegar
    Pour in 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother). Give the mixture a final stir.
  6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach
    Sip the drink slowly, ideally within 10 to 15 minutes after waking up and before eating anything.
