1 cup warm filtered water
1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Instructions
- Warm the water
Heat 1 cup of filtered water until it’s comfortably warm but not hot. You should be able to sip it easily. - Add pink salt
Stir in 1/8 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. Mix until it completely dissolves. - Mix in lemon juice
- Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to blend.
- Add apple cider vinegar
Pour in 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother). Give the mixture a final stir. - Drink slowly on an empty stomach
Sip the drink slowly, ideally within 10 to 15 minutes after waking up and before eating anything.
